Organ n. 43 Organ of the Anglican School of Saint John Haifa
This organ was constructed in 1914 by the British organ- builder James Binns, of Bramley near Leeds. It is in the style of the famous German organ maker Edward Schultze who was very appreciated in the north of England and who surely had a great influence on J. Binns.
Left without any maintenance for many years, the organ fell into complete disrepair. Pipes were missing, other twisted. The organ was restored by Gideon Shamir in 1999 and is now completely operational
