Organ nb. 27 | Organ at the University of Bethlehem The Palestinian University of Bethlehem today is located in the premises of the Franciscan Archiconfrérie of the Middle East in Bethlehem. The organ was installed inside the on-campus church by the Alsace firm Roetlinger. It was inaugurated and blessed by the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem on the 27th December of 1961, and the late Agostino Lama, organist of the churches of the Holy Sepulcher and Holy Savior performed the inauguration concert. The organ is installed on the platform of the church. The case is made of mahogany. The organ has 1052 pipes. |
