Organ no. 30 | Organ of the Emmaus El Qubeibeh Franciscan church
This instrument is standing in the church of the El Qubeibeh Franciscan church. It was built in 1994 by the Italian organ-building firm Inzoli (“Inzoli cav. Pacifico di Fratelli Bonizzi”.
It is a small Italian style liturgical organ with one manual keyboard and a small pedal keyboard permanently linked to the manual . This instrument is very similar to the Italian Agati organ built in 1847, restored by Brother Delfino Taboada in 1970 and now standing in the St Peter Franciscan church in Jaffa (see description of organ nb 36).
The overall sizes of the organ wooden box are 310 cm height, 66 depth and 183 width. The manual keyboard has 54 keys (C1 – F5) with diatonic keys in boxwood and chromatic keys in ebony. The pedal keyboard has only 13 keys (Scavezza style). The manual is divided in Bass and Treble stops (Bassi and Soprani) at B2 and C3 keys.
